Is a versatile speaker with over 30 years of skilled experience in public speaking, & training in Corporates, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, and motivational workshops for Customers and Stakeholders.
Ever since he finished his higher education in the reputed institutions like Madras Christian College and Madras School of Social Work, he has always pursued in the area of Training and Development. Even before he could become an entrepreneur, in his last corporate role, as the Head of Employee Engagement for a large Multinational Bank – a role in which he received several awards of highest accolades – it is people who inspired him towards excellence. In return, he educates and inspires Executives while touching their lives.
Being a HR professional, his career has seen him grow up the value chain, with every passing year, as he has a wide range of experience in working for different corporates – which includes, Automobiles, Constructions, Lingerie, Confectionary, Financial sectors and Wellness Industry with workforce span comprising from 900 to 10,500 employees.
Dr. Celestine Paulraj
His gift for interpersonal interactions and passion for motivating those around him, led him to become a specialist in Soft Skill Training, for a diverse group, including students, teachers, government staff, Medicos and corporate employees. To compliment his passion, he has completed his Doctorate degree in Soft skill training.
He has also completed a 5 year Soft skill training course from CRESTCOM INTERNATIONAL – USA. He then became a Certified Facilitator for CRESTCOM – USA to conduct Soft skills programmes, partnering with their official franchise in India. He has to his credit more than 10,000 hours of conducting soft skill training programmes across different Geographies.
He strongly believes in the philosophy of Nido qubien who said “People change, only, when the pain of remaining the same is greater than the pain of changing”. He has therefore, proactively, evolved himself from class room training, to also be a competent trainer in e-learning, webinar workshops, online sessions and effective facilitations for remote working solutions with specific focus on first time managers and new managers. Under the pandemic situation, these type of learning methodologies helps him to have a cutting edge in his journey as a transformational specialist.
