Her academic achievements are further enhanced by postgraduate qualifications in Sociology and Human Resources Management. Driven by her passion for leadership, she pursued an MS (Consultancy Management) from BITS Pilani, thereby expanding her knowledge and expertise.

Bonnika’s rich and diverse experience in the areas of Training and Organizational Development has honed her skills in conducting highly effective Behavioral & Soft Skills training sessions, receiving excellent feedback scores from participants. Over the last decade, she has conducted numerous communication workshops for corporate organizations and management graduates, earning the coveted CII Award for Championship in Training Initiatives.
