Write The Overview Document
Overview document (OD) maps the entire understanding got through our interactions. It also contains a brief of the JD with the success factors and competencies in priority.
This document is at first validated with the client and is then shared with the prospective candidates. This document also serves as a guide to the talent search team.
Interviews
We will arrange the interviews of the shortlisted candidates and play a proactive role in ensuring successful completion.
Upon receipt of feedback we will ensure the final shortlist is done and the selected candidates submit the requisite documents for further process.
Offer Negotiation
WINTEG can play a vital role to ensure a win-win between the selected candidates and the client organisation.
Representing the client, we can give the most needed nudge to the candidates so that they accept the offer and join employment at the agreed timeline.

With the overview document, our talent search team commences the search through several methods which include passive mining of candidates to targeted search.
Shortlisting
Through the self-assessment done by the candidates on the competencies and skills mentioned in our overview document, discussions with them and our evaluation we shortlist the candidates.
We can also conduct psychometric assessments for an extra fee. The detailed resume and the availability of the candidates for an interview are shared to the client organisation
Reference | Background Check
We will conduct the reference checks of the selected candidates based on the client’s approval.
Background verification through a third party can also be conducted if the clients need it. These services will be at an extra fee
Post Recruitment Follow Up
We are in touch with the candidates up to 120 days from the date of joining to ensure it’s a smooth landing for the candidate and alert the client in case we find anything which might disrupt the continuity of employment.
